I purchased a Kahuna 8300 because a coworker has a 7500 model and I sat in it and instantly fell in love with it and couldn’t wait to have it delivered. I am a truck driver and work 13 or 14 hour days 5 night per week.
Because of where I live getting it delivered they had limited times when they could come out to my area.After explaining my situation they went out of there way to get it to me.
Unfortunately the company they subcontracted the delivery to did not do the white glove service I purchased. .
It took one call and the 300 I paid for that service was promptly returned to me within minutes with absolutely no problem. I think they are by far A great company that stands behind their product it is a great chair I recommend it to everyone.
