What is the warranty?

We warrant our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when used under expected operating conditions. Our loyalty-warranty program is designed to demonstrate our confidence in our products, and our appreciation for your patronage. AJX.LLC warrants all products for minimum one full year with parts and labor and additional period promised by the product. During the warranty period, you will have defective products repaired or replaced at free of charge.

How can I troubleshoot my issues?

What is the height and weight limit for Kahuna chairs?

The manufacturers recommended height is 6’2’’ and weight is 240 lbs for standard size chairs. However we have SM Series for taller and bigger seating area that can fit up to 6’5″ and weight 320 lbs.

Are your chairs covered by insurance?

Our customers were able to get reimbursements from their insurance, but we do not deal directly with your insurance, you will need to contact your provider and find out through them.

How long does it take for delivery?

Delivery can vary depending on where you live, our chairs are shipped out from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, it can take anywhere from 10 to 14 business days. Our delivery company will contact customer directly to schedule a delivery date and time. Delivery sometimes get delayed new to weather and other conditions possibly upto 30 days so please let us know if you want to check on your shipment, we will be able to help you track your order.

Where is the product delivered with free shipping?

Our free shipping will only cover threshold delivery meaning they will deliver to your main front door. If you’d like it delivered inside to room of your choice, removal of debris (trash, box, etc.), and full assembly you will need to purchase White Glove Service for additional cost.

Where can I locally test or try the LM6800?
LM6800 is online exclusive product so none of the stores carry LM6800 Model.

If my warranty expires can I purchase extended warranty?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any extended warranty.

I want to take this international, is it compatible with their power connection?

Our chairs are 110V/220V however, you will need a separate power converter which can purchased online or local stores.

I receieved my new chair but the warranty registration card is not included in the box, how do I register warranty for my new chair?

Please go to www.kahunachair.com and under menu, there is warranty registration form. Just fill it out and you are registered for warranty.

Is it okay to use my chair for more than an hour?
Recommended time to use is maximum 30 mins.
We advise to use it 30 min and give minimum 30 mins break for maintenance purpose.
Is there a weight limit for LM Series?

Recommended weight is under 220 lbs

What is the difference between LM6800 and LM7000?

LM-7000 is an upgraded version of LM-6800. It includes all the functions that has LM-6800 with more double of part& labor warranty period, LM-7000 also has built-in premium speaker with aux cable connection. LM-7000 can run up to 30min with every 5-minute interval. Also It has brown / Ivory or black color option.

Does the new SL-track make up for the lack of 3D, or would it still be better to buy a 3D L-track massage chair?

The new technology combination of the S-track and L-track does actually make it seem like 3-D due to the fact that it does run along the curve of your spine with the S-track technology and with the upgraded massage programs they do feel a lot similar to an actual massage rather than just a automated track massage.
